Walat is an upcoming mobile app that enables cardless cash withdrawal. Users can look for the nearest ATM and use the app. The app stores all the receipts and transaction history. Walat uses QR code scanning to detect the ATM and needs an internet connection to send the data to servers for authentication. The app was selected as the best young startup in alpha stage in TIECon 2015. As of May 2016, the company has not launched its app on playstore.
